Description of Interior Design Drawing Set

Project

Full design project development. All documentation is prepared for 100% implementation by contractors. Project timeline: 2–3 months.

Site Analysis

- A designer will visit the site or check the layout and all utilities using your drawings.
Measured Drawings
+
- The measured drawings includes precise measurements of walls, column locations, protruding structures, and their heights. The measured drawings also shows the locations of windows and doorways, and indicates the locations of utility lines. This information is the initial information necessary for developing a layout solution.
Design Brief
+
- During a meeting with you, the designer will gather all the necessary information for the project, such as family composition, hobbies, guests, and the necessary equipment. You will also determine the stylistic direction of your interior design during the meeting.
Space Planning
+
- Based on the technical specifications, artistic taste, ergonomic standards, and their own experience, the designer develops up to three layout options. You can see how the space develops on the plans, showing various combinations of zoning and room layouts. The overhead view shows the furniture and decor items, and clearly identifies circulation areas and functional areas.
Furniture Layout

- A furniture arrangement plan is included in the layout solution. Furniture is taken from ready-made catalogs.

Comprehensive site assessment

Cost estimation

We prepare detailed estimates covering volumes and costs of construction works — either for the full turnkey scope or individual stages.

Demolition works

Removal of old finishes, partitions, and engineering systems, including floor dismantling and wall preparation.

Procurement of rough materials

We handle calculation, purchasing, and delivery. Any excess materials are returned, and funds refunded.

Installation of engineering systems

At this stage, final layouts for furniture, plumbing, electrical outlets, lighting, ceilings, and flooring are completed, and core systems are installed.

Finishing works and flooring

Wall preparation, painting or wallpapering, installation of flooring and porcelain tiles in bathrooms and kitchens.

Final stage of renovation

Installation of baseboards, sockets, lighting fixtures, plumbing equipment, and doors.

Full furnishing and equipment

We supply and install kitchens, furniture, and built-in appliances through our partners.

Project handover
